If you are interested in adopting any of these beautiful babies please contact me at amy@familyaffairratz.com.   Remember, ratties need same sex companions, so I will only adopt out pairs unless you have rats at home, or are adopting from another breeder at the same time.  Any questions please contact us at info@familyaffairratz.com.  Adoption fees are $25. standard ear and $30. dumbo ear.  While we reserve the right to withhold adoption privileges from anyone at anytime,  we do not discriminate against those with disabilities or physical differences.  Rats reserved and adopted after two months of age receive a discount.  Please make sure you can pick up your baby within one week of the available date.  Babies will not be held past that time.  We request a non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation.  This ensures that we have serious adopters only.  Happy ratty babies!                        -Amy at F.A.R.
